Reconcile looks back 30 days across Outlook, calendar, Teams meetings and OneDrive activity, checks each item against time already recorded in CaseClock and Clio, and gives you a short list to review.
It never invents a duration. Meeting length can be evidence, but the lawyer decides the time to record and whether the work is billable.
For each candidate, the lawyer can:
- Create an editable draft
- Mark it already captured
- Mark it not billable
- Dismiss it with a reason

Connection, permissions and residency
Your Microsoft 365 connection stays under your control.
Reconcile uses the activity each lawyer chooses to connect. The connection, individual sources and optional content reading can be turned off.
