Account & Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your CaseClock account and associated data.

Overview

CaseClock allows you to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what data will be removed.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the CaseClock app
  2. Navigate to SettingsAccount
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your request

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to hello@caseclock.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name
  • Confirmation that you want to delete your account

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your user profile and account credentials
  • All time entries and billing records
  • Voice recordings and transcriptions
  • Client and matter information you have entered
  • App preferences and settings

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes:

  • Transaction and payment records (as required by law)
  • Anonymized usage analytics
  • Communications related to support or legal matters

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
