Overview
CaseClock allows you to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what data will be removed.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the CaseClock app
- Navigate to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to hello@caseclock.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name
- Confirmation that you want to delete your account
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and account credentials
- All time entries and billing records
- Voice recordings and transcriptions
- Client and matter information you have entered
- App preferences and settings
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes:
- Transaction and payment records (as required by law)
- Anonymized usage analytics
- Communications related to support or legal matters
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
