Step by Step
The workflow is simple. Capture time throughout the day, review your entries for accuracy, export a CSV, and import it into your billing system. Here is what each step looks like in practice.
Step 1 — Capture
Use CaseClock during the day, at end of day, or as you leave the office. Speak naturally. Example recordings:
Step 2 — Review
Before exporting, confirm: the matter and client label, the description is clear and defensible, and the duration is correct.
Step 3 — Export CSV
In CaseClock, go to the export area and choose Export CSV. The file will download to your device.
Step 4 — Import or Deliver
Import the CSV into your billing or practice management tool, or send it to your admin or bookkeeper to post the entries.
