  2. 2

Click Reports in the main menu.

  3. 3

    Click Client.

  4. 4

    Click Client Info Listing.

  5. 5

Double-click Client Info Listing to open the report settings.

  6. 6

Remove filters if you want all current client and matter records, or adjust filters to exclude inactive, closed, or archived items.

  7. 7

    Choose Print as Excel File.

  8. 8

    Click Create/Print File.

  9. 9

Open the Excel file that downloads.

  10. 10

Confirm the client and matter columns are present.

  11. 11

Remove any time entry data rows — CaseClock only needs the client and matter list.

  12. 12

Save the cleaned worksheet as CSV (File > Save As > CSV).

Cleanup tip

Sage Timeslips may combine client and matter identifiers in one field. Confirm whether each row represents a single matter before importing. If filters were removed, check that inactive or closed records you don't need aren't included.
