Use Advanced Search in Rocket Matter to filter and export your matters and clients, then use the CaseClock CaseClock import to prepare them for import.

Matters and Clients via Advanced Search in each area

Log in to Rocket Matter.
Open the Matters area from the main navigation.
Look for Advanced Search or a search/filter option on the Matters list.
Filter to open, active, or current matters.
Run the search.
Look for an Export or Download option on the search results page.
Export the matter results as CSV or Excel.
If the export is Excel, save it as CSV before using it with CaseClock.
Part 2
Repeat the process for Clients or Contacts.
Use Advanced Search or the Clients list to filter to current clients.
Export the client results.
Combine the client and matter information into one CaseClock-ready CSV if needed.

If the export does not include a client ID, create a stable client identifier during cleanup before importing into CaseClock.
