Export the Matter List and Card Details reports from LEAP Reports, then use CaseClock directly for import.

Matter List Report plus Card Details Report (people, then companies) — three exports total

Log in to LEAP Reports.
Open Matter List Report.
Set the Date Range to include the matters you want.
Go to Staff and set Include Inactive Staff to Yes if matters may be assigned to inactive staff.
Go to Include and set Archived Matters based on your needs — leave archived matters out for a standard CaseClock import.
Click View.
Click Export.
Choose CSV.
Save the file.
Part 2
Open Card Details Report.
Set Add Creation Date Filter to No.
Go to Display > Card Type.
Select People only.
Click View.
Click Export and save the file.
Part 3
Open Card Details Report again.
Set Add Creation Date Filter to No.
Go to Display > Card Type.
Select Business, Company, Government, and Trust.
Click View.
Click Export and save the file.
Combining your client files
LEAP separates people and companies into different card types. Before uploading to CaseClock, combine both Card Details exports into a single client list. Remove archived matters unless they should be available in CaseClock.
